As an executive coach, I work with executives, directors and managers who sense that more is at play than the numbers reveal. Who know that the best decision sometimes goes against intuition — and who have the courage, in the middle of the storm, to stand still rather than push ahead.
I provide the counterweight needed to stay upright, and the space in which what is truly happening can become visible.
My background is in science: medicine, physics, a PhD. My experience in business: consulting, management, entrepreneurship. What I do now, based in Amsterdam, is guide leaders through complexity — scientifically grounded, business-realistic, deeply human. Through coaching and through training programmes.
