Stichting Bedrijfskunde offers intensive programmes for senior management. Programmes with depth, focused on personal transformation and on insight into patterns and drivers. The goal: understanding what drives you, seeing what holds you back, and breaking through where necessary.
Stichting Bedrijfskunde has existed for more than 40 years. Since 2023 I have been a lecturer there, guiding the programmes listed below.
Manager Functioning Programme
Focused on optimising performance through personal growth. A manager's functioning is strongly influenced by the degree to which they are free from old patterns. This programme centres on gaining insight into those patterns and developing emotional and rational capabilities.

The first English-language programme by Stichting Bedrijfskunde, starting in 2026. The foundation is the same as our other programmes: growing into autonomous and authentic leadership from a psychodynamic perspective. Participants explore the roots of their patterns to create space for fundamental change. Due to the international character, there is extra attention for intercultural reflection and creating a shared language in diverse groups.
